- Standard ground shipping is provided via USPS. Please provide a physical street address (no post office boxes) for delivery. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO are shipped by U.S. Post Office Priority mail. Our goal is to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. PencenAround R/C guarantees every item it sells... unconditionally. If you are not satisfied with any purchase please contact us for a return authorization to receive a full refund or a replacement. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card as the original purchase.
